Items are checked very carefully before posting out, however if there is a problem please let me know and I will do my utmost to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

International Customers

Nimblejacks does not charge for insurance on shipping if you do want it included please let me know when you buy an item and I can add it on the shipping & ammend the invoice for you. I always keep proof of postage, if your items are insured and there are problems let me know and a claim can be made. Nimblejacks cannot be held responsible for items that aren't insured which arrive damaged.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason whatesoever, we will refund you in full as part of our 'no quibble' money back guarentee. Subject to the conditions below, we will refund 100% the value of of the goods along with any postage and packaging you have paid for. To take advantage of this guarantee you must contact us, by email or letter, within 7 working days of reciept of your goods. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy (below) carefully.

Your right to cancel:

At Nimblejacks, we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase from Nimblejacks then please notify us by letter or email and return your purchase within 7 (seven) working days of receipt for a full, no quibble, refund, including your initial postage and packaging. You must take reasonable care of your purchase and not use it in any way.Goods must be returned at your expense, we reccommend that you obtain proof of posting and use "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" service. Items to be returned should be sent to our contact address.

Prices shown on the website are the prices charges and at this time Nimblejacks is not VAT reg'd. Payment is processed through Paypal. Colour representation on the website is as accurate as possible, however Nimblejacks cannot be held responsible for any colour differences from those shown on the website. Colour settings on monitors can vary. If in doubt contact us before making a purchase.

The links section is there as a useful tool for you, Nimblejacks has no control over the content of other websites and therefore cannot be held responsible for any of their information or content.
